<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a light-emitting device that prevents the deterioration of luminance and reliability without increasing the number of steps. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the light-emitting device includes steps of: forming a package having an electrode on a bottom surface of a trench 5; applying a resist 10 to part of an electrode formed on the bottom surface of the trench 5 of the package; forming a multilayer interference film 7 comprised of an insulator on a surface on which the trench of the package is formed; peeling the resist 10 from the trench of the package; mounting a light-emitting diode element 6 to part of the electrode from which the resist 10 is peeled; and sealing the light-emitting diode element 6 by a sealing material 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
