<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the increase of taste in addition to the disinfectant effects for a food and a drink by giving electric stimulation to the food or the drink to improve eating habits and to provide constant healthy living environment. <P>SOLUTION: The method for improving the taste and the sugar content of the food and the drink includes electrically stimulating the food and the drink by connecting and applying external power or self power to a conductive body through a semiconductor (diode and transistor) to promote the increase of the taste and the sugar content of the food, drink, or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
