<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable spraying and injecting tool capable of spraying a medical fluid or a lubricant to a specific human body part, such as the female genital and the human anus, to wash the part and capable of directly injecting it to the inside, in consideration of infection of diseases or sanitation. <P>SOLUTION: This tool comprises: a cylinder 1 provided with a spraying nozzle 11 formed at the tip, a loading part 15 for storing a medical fluid or a lubricant and a space part 13 adjacent to the loading part 15; a piston part 5 inside the cylinder 1 for sealing the medical fluid or lubricant filled in the loading part 15; and a pushing rod 7 inserted into the cylinder 1 to push out the piston part 5 toward the spraying nozzle 11 when given a pushing force.
