<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board that reduces an influence of reflection by a via stub, a printed circuit board designing method, and a printed circuit board designing program. <P>SOLUTION: The printed circuit board provided with a plurality of insulating layers and a conductor layer in multilayer structure has a second insulating layer having a larger dielectric loss tangent than a first insulating layer among the plurality of insulating layers, and a first via connected to a lead-out line of one of the plurality of conductor layers, wherein a stub formed by the first via is provided penetrating the second insulating layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
