PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or remove random noise without deteriorating resolution from a photographic image. SOLUTION: The image processor is provided with: an image storage part 20 for receiving and storing a plurality of images in a frame unit which are captured at a different time; an image correlation calculation part 30 for defining one of a plurality of images 2<SB>1</SB>and 2<SB>2</SB>captured at neighboring different times read from the image storage part 20 as a reference image, and for calculating image correlation data 3<SB>1</SB>by performing correlation processing between the reference image 2<SB>1</SB>and the image 2<SB>2</SB>other than the reference image; and an image composition part 40 for comparing the calculated image correlation data 3<SB>1</SB>with a correlation threshold specified in advance, and for combining the reference image 2<SB>1</SB>with the image 2<SB>2</SB>other than the reference image only when the image correlation data 3<SB>1</SB>are equal to or less than the correlation threshold.
