<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneader capable of metering and discharging a kneading object without pelletizing the object. <P>SOLUTION: The kneader 2 is equipped with a cylindrical screw 8 and a cylinder 9 which is set forth surrounding the screw and performs kneading in such a way that the kneading object W is circulated in a kneading space S between the cylinder and the screw through a circulating channel with which an inert side in the screw is provided, and the kneader is further equipped with a metering cylinder 16 passing through the screw in an axial direction, a first channel 17 structuring part of a circulating channel passing through a space between the outer peripheral part of the screw and the metering cylinder and a plunger 18 set forth movably in the metering cylinder in an axial direction, and a circulating state setting forth a second channel structuring other circulating channels between the first channel and the top edge 8b of the screw and switches a metering state of closing a space between the first channel and the top edge of the screw and at the same time capable of charging-discharging the kneading object in the metering cylinder part in a position of the plunger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
