<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for inspecting a screen print making capable of easily detecting a defect, such as a pinhole in a screen print making of an object to be inspected. <P>SOLUTION: The device for inspecting a screen print making with a resin layer to form a pattern to be deposited provided on a net-like substrate includes a moving mechanism in which the screen print making of an object to be inspected movably moves in the vertical surface, a movable supporting mechanism to support in the vertical state so that the screen print making of an object to be inspected is moved by the moving mechanism, an optically irradiating mechanism to irradiate the screen print making of the object to be inspected with condensed light from a light source, and an enlarging and projecting mechanism to enlarge an image created by light transmitted through at least a part of the region of the screen print making of the object to be inspected to project. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
