摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a smooth slide of a seat even if a foreign matter exists on a lower rail without increasing the number of component parts and without making a structure complex, either, by making the head shapes of fasteners to be such a shape that the foreign matter can pass over. SOLUTION: Lower rails of a long shape arranged at vehicle floor side and upper rails 10 arranged at seat side are arranged in a fitting state to make the seat slidable to the vehicle floor side. The lower rails are structured in a U shape open upward in cross section. At the position of bottom surface parts of this U shape in cross section, the lower rails are attached to vehicle side members by the fasteners of caulking pins 72 and location pins 70. The head shape of the caulking pins 72 are structured to be a moderate slope shape 72a1 that the foreign material 80 existing on the bottom surface of a lower rail can pass over when pressed by an upper rail 10.
