PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lens-holding member from changing its position and an angle at which it tilts, when it is fixed to a support cylinder using a fixing screw. SOLUTION: Optical equipment has a lens-holding member 207 which holds a lens L1; a support cylinder 205, which supports the lens-holding member and has a peripheral wall in which a fixing groove part 205F is formed; a screw base member 228, which has a screw hole 228B and is mounted on the lens-holding member, rotatable about the axis of the screw hole; and a fixing screw 229 which is screwed into the screw hole through the fixing groove part and whose head part pinches the peripheral wall of the supporting cylinder, together with the screw base member to fix the lens-holding member to the supporting cylinder. The screw base member has a projection section 228D, which contacts the inner surface of the fixing groove part to prevent the screw base member from rotating and moving due to the screwing of the fixing screw.
