<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material in which there are C-face processing and/or V-groove processing reaching a woody substrate etc., and no colored stripe is seen on the side of a decorative sheet seen from the surface while the decorative material has concealment properties to the woody substrate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the decorative material in which the decorative sheet is laminated on the woody substrate 1, and there are the C-face processing and/or the V-groove processing reaching the woody substrate from the surface of the decorative sheet, the decorative thermoplastic resin sheet is formed by laminating a transparent thermoplastic resin substrate 3, a concealment solid layer 4, a pattern layer 5, and a transparent thermoplastic resin layer 6 at least in turn.
