PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered structural woven or knitted fabric having a multilayered structure of two or more layers, and an excellent quick-drying property, and to provide a textile product. SOLUTION: The multilayered structural woven or knitted fabric has the multilayered structure of the two or more layers. The multilayered structural woven or knitted fabric is obtained by disposing a composite yarn comprising a false-twist crimped yarn having torque in the S-direction and a false-twist crimped yarn having the torque in the Z-direction, and having a torque of not more than 30 T/m in either of the outermost layers.
