FRAME FOR OPTICAL COMPONENT, PROJECTOR, ADJUSTING TOOL, AND POSITION ADJUSTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a frame for an optical component having a structure improving efficiency of fixing work; a projector; an adjusting tool; and a position adjusting method. SOLUTION: The frame (lens frame 20) for an optical component holds an optical component (relay lens 433) for positional adjustment. A frame body 21 of the lens frame 20 includes: a holding part 22 holding the relay lens 433; an engagement part 23 engaged with a position adjusting tool 300 in positional adjustment; and a fixing part 26 fixing the lens frame 20 to an optical casing 45 (lower housing casing 45B) housing the lens frame 20 after completion of the positional adjustment.
