<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit which prevents a failure of a motor due to high temperature caused by heating by adjusting the transmission of heat from an internal-combustion engine or a brake to the motor using a distance adjustable device to reduce the thermal influence.
