<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of antenna performance by a ground current flowing through a cable connecting between circuit boards of upper and lower housings. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A third housing 103 is disposed between a first housing 101 and a second housing 102. A first hinge part 104 is conductive and rotatably connects the first housing 101 and the third housing 103 about a first rotation axis P1. A second hinge part 105 rotatably connects the second housing 102 and the third housing 103 about a second rotation axis P2 vertical to the first rotation axis P1. A cable 110 penetrates the first hinge part 104 and electrically connects a ground part of a first circuit board 107 provided in the first housing 101 with a ground part of a second circuit board 108 provided in the second housing 102. At the same time, the ground part is electrically connected with the first hinge part 104 in the third housing 103. The first hinge part 104 is a ground of an antenna element 106.
