PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide FFC (Flexible Flat Cable) structure capable of securing bendability while controlling desired impedance, and excellent in high speed transmission. SOLUTION: This flat cable 1 with a shield has a cable part 7 laminated by sandwiching a plurality of conductors 3 juxtaposed substantially parallel with insulators 5 from both sides, terminal parts exposed with the plurality of conductors 3 are provided in both end parts of the cable part 7, and surfaces of the insulators 5 in the both sides of cable part 7 are coated with a conductive sheet. The cable part 7 composed of divided cable parts 7A partitioned with a slit substantially parallel to the conductors 3 between the conductors 3, and the shield 17 for coating every divided cable part 7A.
