The system has a heavy part (2) i.e. rail part, extending in a movable direction. Ferromagnetic supporting disks (1) of a vehicle have permanent magnets (20, 21), whose magnetization direction exhibits axial direction that is opposite to magnets that are adjacent in a circumferential direction. The heavy part has a pole structure provided along the movable direction such that the propelling force is produced at the pole structure, during rotation of the magnets, according to reluctance motor principle. The heavy part is made of steel sheet. The disks are driven by synchronous motor.
