PURPOSE: A heat exchanger of an air conditioner driven by a gas engine is provided to enhance heat exchange efficiency and to emit a large amount of heat from the air. CONSTITUTION: A cooling-water heat exchanger(120) is installed on the rear of a refrigerant heat exchanger(110), pipes through which refrigerant flows are formed in the refrigerant heat exchanger in a plurality of paths, the refrigerant flowing into the refrigerant heat exchanger flows into the rear of the refrigerant heat exchanger along the pipe and the refrigerant flowing into the pipe is discharged from the front after flowing along the pipe. The refrigerant heat exchanger is divided into the front and the rear based on the direction in which the air flows, the refrigerant respectively flows into a plurality of paths located on the rear and the refrigerant flowing into the path located on the rear is discharged after flowing along a path which is joined by two paths located on the front and the rear.
