摘要 <p>The invention relates to the field of lasers, namely, to the method and the device of light beam's backward reflection, which enables to expand the spectral range ensuring the steady linear polarization of light, and can be used inside the tunable laser radiation sources. The proposed method of light beam's backward reflection includes the incident light beam reflection from several total internal reflection planes of a transparent material so that the incident light beam along with the image rotation experiences a phase shift between the perpendicular (s) and the parallel (p) polarization components during each total internal reflection, and after at least four said reflections the vertical and the horizontal coordinates of the back reflected beam's profile gets interchanged and the obtained total said phase shift ensures the linear polarization coinciding with the initial polarization. </p>
