PURPOSE: A slide guiding device for a press is provided to steadily operate a press by smooth lubricating application with minimum lubricating oil due to minimizing rubbing. CONSTITUTION: A slide guiding device for a press comprises a liner(160) and a gib(130). The liner is formed in a slide(140). The gib is formed in a frame(110) of a press(100). One side or both sides of the liner and the gib are formed of sintered alloy. An oil groove is formed in the liner.
