摘要

PURPOSE: A solid image-taking apparatus and a camera system are provided to accurately output data by absorbing overflowed electric charges from a pixel with the high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of photoelectric conversion elements with different sensitivities is arranged in a pixel unit(110). A pixel reading unit(130) reads outputted signals from the photoelectric conversion elements. The pixel unit includes an absorbing unit which absorbs overflowed electric charges from a pixel with the high sensitivity. The pixel unit includes a floating diffusion and an overflow path.
