摘要 PURPOSE: A highly accurate load control device of a hybrid type using a lever and a pneumatic cylinder is intended to provide an accurately constant load regardless of the size of the load by applying the load with an air pressure. CONSTITUTION: A highly accurate load control device of a hybrid type using a lever and a pneumatic cylinder comprises a support plate(110), a horizontal lever arm(130), a mechanical test unit(120T), a pneumatic actuator(140), a linear guide(R), a load cell(S) and a controller. The horizontal lever arm is supported on the support plate through a reference point. The test unit is connected to the support plate by passing vertically through one side of the lever arm from the reference point of the lever arm to be able to move vertically to provide a constant supporting load on a vertical external force. The pneumatic actuator is installed movably along the lever arm to apply a vertical load to the other side of the lever arm. The linear guide is fixed to the support plate so that pneumatic actuator is installed movably along the lever arm. The load cell is installed on the pneumatic actuator to detect the change of the vertical external force applied to the lever arm through the test unit. The controller controls the air pressure of the pneumatic actuator to provide a vertical load for the lever arm in response to the change of the vertical external force detected by the load cell.
