ALARM SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PREVENTING REVERSE-MOVING VEHICLE

PURPOSE: An alarm system and a method thereof are provided to alarm through a character display and/or a light lamp by detecting the reverse driving of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A first sensor part(110) is installed in the tail end of the progressive direction of a one-way road. A second sensor part(120) is installed in the entrance of the progressive direction of the one-way road. The first and the second sensor part detects whether a vehicle(200) is driving. An LED display part(140) indicates reverse driving information. A light lamp(150) is turned on and off with outputting an alarm tone. A control part(130) determines the progressive direction of a vehicle. The control part controls the LED display part and the alarm signal output of the light lamp.
