PURPOSE: A soundproof panel is provided to reduce manufacturing costs productivity by simplifying the structure of the panel and to improve by using standardized components. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof panel comprises an upper frame(110), a lower frame(130), and a soundproof material. The upper frame has a first soundproof plate joint(113) in the center of a frame body(111). First outer plate joints(123) are formed in both sides of the frame body of the upper frame. The lower frame has a second soundproof plate joint(132) corresponding to the first soundproof plate joint. Second outer plate joints(134) are formed in both sides of the lower frame. The soundproof material is formed in a plate shape, and the top and bottom ends are coupled to one side of the upper frame and the lower frame.
