<p>A nozzle 1 suitable for forming a jet stream in a tank filled with a liquid, the nozzle comprising a first injection hole 5a for obliquely generating a first jet stream with respect to the bottom of the tank (see figure 1), and a second injection hole 5b for generating a second jet stream at a shallower angle relative to the bottom of the tank. The second hole / outlet is preferably located below the first outlet and to the left or right of the first outlet. Two second holes 5b, 5c may be provided (making three outlets in total), diverging from the rear to the front of the nozzle. Part of the second holes may be bent. The nozzle is ideally used to remove foreign matter (e.g., dirt, grit, debris, weld blobs) located at the base of a dip-tank immersion paint bath. The foreign debris removal arrangement may additionally comprise a hopper, circulation passage, and at least one nozzle.</p> |
