EASILY ASSEMBLED INCOMBUSTIBLE SANDWICH PANEL AND ITS PRODUCT METHOD

PURPOSE: A flame-retardant sandwich panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to lighten the sandwich panel by embedding Styrofoam in the sandwich panel and to improve strength by forming grooves in a steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A flame-retardant sandwich panel is composed as follows. The sandwich panel is formed by attaching an upper plate(110) and a lower plate(120) on both surfaces of an insulator(150). A convex part(130) with a concave part hanging groove(131) is formed in one end of the sandwich panel, and a concave part(140) is formed in the other end. The convex part is inserted into the concave part of the other sandwich panel.
