PURPOSE: An external use composition for treating dermatitis containing cholecalciferol is provided to improve skin permeation and to reduce a drug efficiency change due to light. CONSTITUTION: An external use composition for dermatitis contains cholecalciferol in which liposome is encapsulated or a derivative thereof as an active ingredient. The active ingredient is 0.001-0.1 weight% based on a total external use formulation. The cholecalciferol derivative is calciportriol, Cacitriol or Tacalcitol. The liposome is phospholipid and sterols. The external use formulation is used in the form of a gel, cream, liposome-containing hydrogel, ointment, liquid, suspension, patch, or lotion.
