PURPOSE: A method of making a soybean paste with grains is provided to improve the taste and the nutritive value of soybean paste by using aspergillus oryzae, and to offer the anticancer effect. CONSTITUTION: A method of making a soybean paste with grains comprises the following: boiling soybeans; adding aspergillus oryzae(2) and bay salt(3) to the boiled soybeans(1); inserting the materials into a soy jar(4); aging(6) the materials for 6 months in a granule state; and preventing the oxidation(7) of the soybeans by stirring the material in a few days.
