The device has a pump including a piston with a tubular support (26) traversed by a supply channel (28). The piston has a membrane (30) slidably mounted in a dosage chamber. The membrane has a sealing unit (80) i.e. flange, that forms a non-return valve and takes a liquid blocking configuration by being placed against the support. Another sealing unit (82) assures sealable sliding of the membrane with respect to the chamber. The units are made of flexible material. The membrane has a rigid part (84) i.e. ring, made of material having rigidity greater than that of the material of the units.
