PURPOSE: An electrostatic capacitance stylus pen is provided to sense touch input on an electrostatic capacitance touch screen by using the power of a device having a touch screen. CONSTITUTION: A power line(15) directly receives power from a device and connects the upper portion of a stylus pen to a device. A case(11) is connected to the one end of the power line and includes a penetration groove. A current unit(12) is connected to the power line to allow the flow of current which has the same electric potential as the device. A tip(13) is touched on the touch screen and enables the current of the current unit to directly flow to the touch screen. A power storage unit(17) stores the power supplied from the device.
