The arrangement has a multi-part bridge element (3) for connecting a lower-potential vehicle body element (1) and a higher-potential vehicle body element (2), in an electrically conductive manner. The bridge element has a holding device (4) for fastening a vehicle component i.e. control unit. The bridge element has a base element (5) that supports the holding device and is in engagement with the vehicle body elements via two respective connecting units (6, 7) for providing electrically conductive connection between the vehicle body elements.
