The device has a movable control lever (1) with a region at which a magnet (4) is arranged and fastened. A magnet sensor element (5) i.e. Hall sensor, detects the movement and/or position of the control lever. The magnet sensor element is enclosed with a screen (6) made of high-permeable material upto a region of an opening for holding the control lever. The high-permeable material is Permenorm(RTM: Nickel iron alloy) consisting of 75 percentage of nickel. The screen is formed in the right parallelepiped shape.
