PURPOSE: An up and down banner cradle is provided to implement elasticity with a simple configuration by installing a curved part on the banner cradle. CONSTITUTION: A guide unit(100) of a circular or polygonal cylindrical structure is attached the circumference of a column and has a guide recess with an uneven face. A cradle main body is moved along the guide grooves up and down and makes a banner cradle(B) protruded. The banner cradle is inserted into an upper part of a banner through an insertion recess(220). An elastic member is protruded outside of a guide line to be contacted with a guide groove through a linear contact and a plane contact.
