<p>PURPOSE: A building equipment system and a control method thereof comprising a control screen for easily composing the control screen included in first and second equipment images are provided to easily implement the control screen by displaying the control screen. CONSTITUTION: A central control unit comprises as follows. A selective interface unit(22) inputs a select instruction about the first facility group. If the first facility group is selected, a screen display unit(24) implements the control screen. The control screen comprises the first and second facility images corresponding to the first and second facilities included in the first facility group.
