PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by forming a driving source electrode, a driving drain electrode, and a pixel electrode on a same layer through a single thin film process. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor layer is formed on a substrate. The semiconductor layer is divided into a channel region, a source region, and a drain region. A gate insulating layer(140) covers the semiconductor layer. A gate electrode is interposed between the gate insulating layers and is formed on the channel region of the semiconductor layer. An interlayer insulating layer(160) covers the gate electrode. A source electrode and a drain electrode are formed on the interlayer insulating layer. The source electrode and the drain electrode are connected to the source region and the drain region of the semiconductor layer, respectively. A pixel electrode(710) is formed on the same layer as the source electrode and the drain electrode.
