CALL PROCESSING SERVER, MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND METHOD OF RESTART BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A server for processing a call, and a mobile communication system using the same, and a method for restarting the same are provided to leave subscriber information in restarting the mobile communication system and initialize the system, thereby blocking an overload due to congestion of subscriber location registration after system restoration in advance. CONSTITUTION: A configuration management node(133) determines restarting mode according to option information showing restarting exception node about restarting command which is about a whole system node. The shape management node comprises a security management node(131), a call processing node(137), and an interface processing node(139) in a restarting target. According to the restarting mode, the shape management node includes or excludes visitor location registration node.
