MEDIUM FOR IN VITRO MASS PROPAGATION OF ISOETACEASE PLANT AND METHOD FOR MASS PRODUCTION THEREOF USING THE MEDIUM

PURPOSE: A medium for massively proliferating Isoetacease plant and a method for massively producing differentiated plant using the same are provided. CONSTITUTION: A medium for massively proliferating Isoetacease plants contains gibberellins in MS basic medium. The concentration of the gibberellins is 0.5-1.5 mg/L. The pH concentration of the MS medium is 6.5-7.5. A medium for massively proliferating Isoetacease plants containing gibberellins in distilled water of pH 6-7. The Isoetacease plant is Isoetes coreana. A method for massively producing differentiation plant from plant pore comprises: a step of culturing spore in the medium to form male gamete and female gamete; a step of culturing under light condition; and a step of transplanting plant.
