PURPOSE: A private parts cleansing urinal and a toilet including the same are provided, which enable a man to clean and desiccate his private parts without splash of urine to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A private parts cleansing urinal includes: a washing body(110) which has a cleaning space; a nozzle which is connected to the washing body and discharges fluid to the cleaning space; a cleaning tube(130) in which fluid flows and which is connected to the nozzle; a controller(150) which is combined with the cleaning tube; a sanitary sewer(120) which is connected to the cleaning space; and a protection duct which covers the sanitary sewer and cleaning tube.
