The section (10) has rotor blade retaining grooves (16) formed in an outer circumference of a rotor, and rotor blades (18) arranged with a blade root (20) in the retaining grooves. Inward pointing contact surfaces (34) are formed at the rotor blades, and sheet-shaped sealing elements (30) are formed for guiding a cooling agent along a front-side rotor area (28). An opening (44) is formed in the sealing elements, and a hole is aligned with the opening. A blocking element (46) is fitted in the hole and the opening in a secured position, where the hole is formed in the blade root.
