<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which easily reaches a target object tree, using a map data, even when no navigation data exists. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A position of the tree in the vicinity of an inter-steel-tower space in a mountain is made to be specified on a map by imparting latitude and longitude data to the tree in a mountainous region, in a mobile terminal 1 connected with a DGPS, and provided with: an image picture 7; a separated distance calculating part 8; a span longitudinal drawing preparing part 9; a span cross-sectional drawing preparing part 10; a steel tower coordinate transforming part 13; a steel tower position recording part 15; a present position display part 16, a navigation function part 17; a locus recording part 18; and the like. Separated distances among the tree in an urban district, a feature and a transmission line are found, the cutting-objective tree and the feature are specified accurately to be understood immediately in a field. That is, positional information based on a GPS receiver is developed on a planar map of the mountain, a position to the target object is indicated as a distance to allow a worker going to the mountain for the first time to easily reach the target object tree.
