<p>The package has a fibrous layer (2) fixed in a wall of a shell (1). A closure membrane (3) is connected to the shell by material engagement. A marking is arranged at or in the package or fixedly arranged within the shell or the closure membrane, where the shell, the fibrous layer and the closure membrane are made of biologically degradable material. The closure membrane includes a laminate, which is jointed to two metalized bio-plastic films in an air-free manner. The marking is invisible for a human eye. A mold is used for producing the package. The shell and the mold are made of polyhydroxy butyric acid, polybutylene succinate, polybutylene succinate adipate, polyhydroxy butyrate valerate, polylactide, cellulose ester or compounded cellulose.
