PURPOSE: A method and a device for transmitting uplink control information are provided to reliably transmit uplink control information. CONSTITUTION: A base station transmits a collision mode indicator, a block sub frame indicator, and reservation resource information to a relay station terminal through an RS(Relay Station)(S701,S702). The relay station terminal determines whether a sub frame for uplink control information transmission is overlapped with a block sub frame(S703). The relay station transmits backhaul uplink data in a block sub frame(S705). The relay station terminal transmits the uplink control information(S706).
