PURPOSE: An automatic sesame processing apparatus and a method thereof are provided to easily transport and discharge roasted sesame after removing foreign materials. CONSTITUTION: An automatic sesame processing apparatus comprises the following: a collecting box(30) including a roasting kettle(10) and a cyclone tank(20); a drive motor(40) installed on the upper side of the collecting box; a rotating blade including blade segment on the outer circumference to divide roasted sesame and peeled sesame; a blower(60) transporting the roasted sesame and the peeled sesame using the rotational force of an impeller; and a controller(100) controlling the rotation amount of drive motor and the impeller. |
