PURPOSE: A novel Bacillus velezensis NSB-1 strain is provided to ensure antifungal activity and to reduce plant anthrax. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus velezensis NSB-1(deposit number:KACC91480P) is isolated from strawberry and has an antifungal activity to pathogen of anthrax. The pathogen of the anthrax generated in the plants is Colletotrichum gloeosporioides or Colletotrichum acutatum. A composition for preventing anthrax generated in strawberry, Lycium chinense Miller, or Capsicum annuum contains the Bacillus velezensis NSB-1(deposit number:KACC91480P) in 10^5 cfu/ml-10^9 cfu/ml.
