Described is a process for manufacturing forged pieces, which allows inner and outer profiles, such as ropes threaded in a single step, to be formed with higher mechanical characteristics as well as a minimum or null friction. Said process includes a half-cut material using a method that does not generate wastes. The material is located between a matrix of different geometries, a base of different geometries and a punching tool of different geometries. Said material acquiring the shape of the aforementioned elements upon being pressed therewith. The elements are also slidable therebetween.
