<p>The device has a shell (1) comprising two side notches (11a, 11b) that arranged on sides of a body (2). Bottom of the notches and a slit (21) of the body are on the level of a toric space when the body is cased in the shell so that a cable (3) is housed in the toric space during the actuation of a tensioner by mobilization in rotation of the body with respect to the shell around its revolution axis. A part is provided with a succession of tracks (12) corresponding to two pins of another part so as to constitute a non-return pawl allowing the rotation of the body in single direction.</p> |
