PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a metal-oxide nanoparticle using microwaves is provided to economically manufacture the metal-oxide nanoparticle by inserting inorganic salt to a metal precursor compound, and irradiating the microwaves. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a metal-oxide nanoparticle using microwaves comprises the following steps: mixing a metal precursor compound, urea and inorganic salt inside a solvent; radiating the microwaves to the mixture to form the metal-oxide nanoparticle; and removing the inorganic salt by washing the metal-oxide nanoparticle.
