PURPOSE: An LED fishing lamp and an LED fishing lamp unit are provided to increase durability and to increase the radiation amount. CONSTITUTION: An LED fishing lamp includes: a housing(100) which is connected to a cable and has an inner space and a housing window permitting the penetration of light; a unit driver(300) which is arranged at the housing and connected to the cable; a circuit board(200) which is arranged at the inner space of the housing and accomplishes the electrical communication with the unit driver; an LED panel(400) which is installed at one side of the circuit board facing the housing window and has an LED lamp creating the light according to an electric signal inputted through the unit driver; and a thermoradiation unit(500) which radiates the heat generated from the LED lamp.
