PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a multi-tube type electric heat pipe is provided to extend service life and facilitate construction as the electric heat pipe is manufactured in the shape of multi-tube using PEX-UHMWPE or PEX-Al-PEX material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a multi-tube type electric heat pipe comprises following steps. The multiple helix fine grooves are formed on the inner circumference of an inner pipe(S10). A power line and a heating wire are installed on the outer circumference of the inner pipe(S12). The outer pipe is coupled in order to surround the inner pipe(S14). The working fluid is charged inside the inner pipe(S16). Both ends of the outer pipe are sealed up by means of a seal stopper(S18). |
