PURPOSE: An automatic/manual standing erect buoyancy system is provided to perform the operation of a buoyancy bag through the manipulation of a hand-operated control lever when the buoyancy bag is not automatically operated. CONSTITUTION: An automatic/manual standing erect buoyancy system comprises a frame, a buoyancy bag(20), a cylinder(30), an automatic operation unit(40), and a hand-operated control lever(50). The frame is fixed to the hull and has fixed height. The buoyancy bag is coupled with the frame and returns the ship in case of the rollover of the ship. The cylinder is installed within the hull. The cylinder injects the gas to the buoyancy bag to expand the buoyancy bag. The automatic operation unit controls the gas supply to the buoyancy bag by the cylinder. The hand-operated control lever controls the gas supply to the buoyancy bag.
