PURPOSE: A device and a method for moving a working platform are provided to enable a worker to easily move a working platform when necessary using a walking structure. CONSTITUTION: A device for moving a working platform comprises an inner step(10) and inner legs(20). The inner step comprises an inner bottom, an inner vertical guide, an inner bottom height locker, an inner bottom height control hinge, an inner bottom rail, and an inner bottom roller. The inner bottom is made of a steel plate. The inner vertical guide is a rectilinear bearing which guides an inner height control shaft. The inner legs are arranged in both ends of the inner step and comprise horizontal bars, fixtures, and fasteners.
